Vista Life Innovations, a nationally accredited post-secondary program for individuals with disabilities, is hosting a free information session in Madison on May 23 for young adults and families seeking transition services.
The session, Transition Programming for Young Adults, is designed to aid young adults and families in the process of exploring transition programs and services. Representatives from Vista will provide an overview about transition programming and be available to answer questions families may have.
Transition Programming for Young Adults will be held at Madison Memorial Town Hall on May 23 at 6:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided.
