The first Stony Creek Rubber Duck Race was run Sunday on the Branford River, with almost 1,000 ducks dropped from a bridge on Indian Neck Ave at 3:15pm to raise awareness and funds for the nonprofit Orchard House Medical Adult Day Center in Branford.  Hosted by John Cadillac Saville with people watching from the road, on boats, and at the Stony Creek Brewery.

The Second Annual Disc Golf Tournament was sold out and took place at the  Rick B. Maynard Disc Golf Course, Bittner Park, Guilford. With proceeds to benefit the Guilford Meals on Wheels.
