The recent ban on the use of plastic bags by retailers, which was promoted by environmentalists, is a perfect example of shortsighted and faulty liberal thinking. As one might have expected, it has spawned an entirely new enterprise, the sale of plastic bags—what a surprise! Unfortunately, many of these are of a very light gauge that poses an even greater danger to pets and wildlife.

Liberal activists enjoy telling others how they should behave. Perhaps their instruction requires a little more thought prior to delivery.
