Shell & Bones Oyster Bar and Grill, 100 South Water Street, New Haven is offering two new shareable items. Executive Chef Arturo Franco-Camacho is calling these chef’s cut and they sound like a good option for special night out. The Carnivore’s Feast, for $125, includes New York strip steak, pork belly, and andouille sausage. By Land and By Sea, for $129, includes New York strip, roasted octopus, seared scallops.
