Westbrook Trio Honored for Youth Soccer Contributions

Three Westbrook residents were honored for their contributions to the Westbrook Travel Soccer program when they attended the Southeast Connecticut Junior Soccer Association (SECJSA) awards ceremony at East Lyme Middle School on Jan. 8. Hannah Freund and Trevor Jones were each presented with an award in recognition of their excellence as Westbrook Travel Soccer players. Joshua Freund received an award for appreciation of his years of excellence as a coach in the program. Jones, Hannah Freund, and Joshua Freund were given these awards by SECJSA vice president Joe Filippetti and SECJSA registrar Arlene Deroy.
